Finland will have an influx of royal visitors at the end of November, when not one but two princes head to Helsinki on the same date.
Sweden’s Prince Daniel - husband of Crown Princess Victoria - will make a two day visit on 29th and 30th November to visit the annual Slush tech and startup conference.
It’s part of a recent royal trend for Slush, as Prince Daniel previously attended the 2015 event; while Norway’s Crown Prince Haakon attended in 2016.
And on the same dates, Britain’s Prince William will be making his first visit to Finland as a guest of President Sauli Niinistö.
The last British royals to visit Finland were Prince Edward - Queen Elizabeth’s youngest son - and his wife Sophie, who visited in February 2015.
Queen Elizabeth has made two official visits to Finland, in 1976 and 1994.
Neither Daniel nor William will be accompanied by their spouses or children, and there are no details yet if they will have any joint events in their visit schedule.
